A current K-12 employee who works in Human Resources/Substitute Placement
Self-nominations are accepted.

How Will the Entries Be Judged?

Entries will be evaluated and selected through the Substitute Management Advisory Council, a nationwide panel of K-12 HR district leaders, to determine a national winner.

Where are Winners Announced?

At the Annual Substitute Management Symposium, sponsored by Red Rover
