Bridget is an Administrative Assistant in the Talent Management & Development Department for Novi Community School District located in Southeastern Michigan. In this role, she manages contracted staff, including Guest Teachers, from hiring to placement. She has been in this role for 2 years after taking a 15 year hiatus from full time work to stay home with her two children. During that time she worked in various substitute capacities within the District and served on numerous PTO and Boosters Board of Directors. Prior to joining the field of Public Education, Bridget worked in management and training and development in the retail sector. She can usually be found supporting her kids at their various activities or trying a new recipe in her downtime.
