Who Can Be Nominated?
The nominee must be:
• A current K-12 employee who works in Human Resources/Substitute Placement.
• Self-nominations are accepted.
How Will the Entries Be Judged?
Entries will be evaluated and selected through the Substitute Management Advisory Council, a nationwide panel of K-12 HR district leaders, to determine a national winner.
