Dr. Erica Christmas is a people-centric individual, driven to advocate for others. In her Passionate about equity, inclusivity, and community. As the Director of Classified Employment for the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System in Clarksville, Tennessee, she values leading empathically and empowering others to lead with excellence for their professional work and for their personal fulfillment. Dr. Christmas oversees all classified personnel and systems from substitute training to substitute management, as well as assisting full-time employee groups. 

With pure positivity and determination, Erica has been able to improve processes, systems, efficiency, and culture at CMCSS through innovation and technology, driven by the passion to understand the needs of others.
