Dr. Danielle Carter is the Assistant Superintendent at Grayslake Community High School District in the heart of Illinois. Dr. Carter currently sits on the Executive Board for the Illinois Association of School Personnel Administrators (IASPA), while also heavily embedded in the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA) community. 

Danielle not only holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northern Illinois University, but a Professional in Human Capital Leadership for Education (pHCLE) certification from the National AASPA organization. With her passion to continuously improve workflows, culture, and systems, her expertise has helped elevate voices for substitute managers everywhere.
